Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

The Caff Company follows strict policies per CPA 2019 and FSSAI guidelines for food products.

Shipping Policy

    • Carrier: IndiaPost or Courier (trusted partner).

    • Processing: 1-3 business day (orders before 12 AM IST).

    • Delivery Time: Mumbai Metro: 5-7 days; Rest of India: 5-10 days (business days, excludes weekends/holidays).

    • Free Shipping: Orders >₹399 (Mumbai); charged ₹50-150 elsewhere (shown at checkout).

    • Tracking: Tracking ID will be shared post-dispatch.

    • Risk: Passes on dispatch. Delays from weather/customs not liable.

Return Policy

    • Eligibility: 7 days from delivery for unopened, undamaged packs (manufacturing defects only). No returns on opened/tasted chocolates.

    • Process: Email or Whatsapp with order number#, and video. Approval within 48 hours. (Only photos will not be acceptable, video necessary)

    • Condition: Original packaging, labels, no tampering.

    • Shipping Back: Customer pays return shipping (prepaid label if approved).

    • Non-Returnable: Personalized, opened, perishable items.

Refund Policy

    • Approval: Verified returns refunded to original payment (UPI/card: 5-7 days; bank: 7-10 days).

    • Amount: Full product value minus shipping/handling.

    • Cancellations: Pre-dispatch via My Account/email (full refund).

    • Disputes: No refunds for delivery delays/preference changes. CPA mediation if needed.
      FSSAI: Strict defect-only returns for food safety.
