1. Eligibility

2. Products & Orders
- Products: Caffeinated chocolates and other consumable products (non-perishable, shelf-stable).
- Pricing: INR incl. GST. Free shipping >₹349; rates shown at checkout.
- Orders: Accepted on confirmation. Errors correctable pre-payment. Inventory subject to availability.
- We/us/company holds the right to cancel the prepaid order due to any circumstances, and full paid money will be refunded asap.
- FSSAI Compliance: All products licensed; shelf-life >45 days at delivery.
3. Payment
Via Razorpay (UPI, cards). Full payment due at checkout. No cash on delivery initially. Prices final post-payment
4. Shipping & Delivery
- 3-7 business days (Mumbai 3-7, India 5-10). Excludes weekends/holidays.
- Risk passes on dispatch. Tracking ID will be provided upon dispatch. Delays not liable (force majeure).
- International: Not offered currently.
- Shipping partner: India Post (speed post)
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Returns: 7 days for unopened, undamaged products (manufacturing defects only; no hygiene/tempering issues). Contact [email protected].
- Refunds: Processed to original payment (7-10 days). Shipping non-refundable.
- Cancellations: Pre-dispatch via My Account or email. No refunds post-dispatch.
Perishable nature limits returns per FSSAI/CPA 2019.
6. Warranties & Liability
Products as described. No implied warranties beyond FSSAI standards. Liability capped at order value. No consequential damages.
7. User Conduct
Provide accurate info. No misuse (fraud, spam). Indemnify us for breaches.
8. Intellectual Property
Site content (logo, images) ours. Personal use only; no copying.
9. Force Majeure
Delays from strikes, pandemics excused.
10. Governing Law
Maharashtra courts, Indian law. Disputes via arbitration Mumbai first.
